Convenience Fees For Expedited Requests
Sometimes you need things done immediately. In order to provide the best service possible, we sometimes need to include an additional convenience fee for expedited requests.
Those fees include:
- Requests submitted with a start time within 4-24 hours from time of submission may be subject to a $5 expedited service fee.
- Requests submitted with a start time under 4 hours from time of submission may be subject to a $10 expedited service fee.
You may coordinate with your Panda for a later start time to avoid any fees if you do not need expedited service. Or, you can Update Your Request if you've made other arrangements directly with your Panda.
