Our Personal Assistants Next Door (PANDAs) are screened and vetted, have been interviewed and live in the local community of our members. We conduct security background checks and verify each PANDAs identity before approving them to accept services as a personal assistant. We then fully train them to help members in their own neighborhoods!

PANDAs are those people in the community who want to help their neighbors, strengthen community bonds while building their own financial freedom.

PANDAs go through a pre-screening process to ensure that they reside in your hyper-local community, are trustworthy, have cleared a security background check and are motivated by helping. We interview each Panda and hire only the highest quality candidates.

My Panda assistants come from a wide variety of backgrounds, from those who have chosen to quit corporate America to become artists, stay-at-home moms, and retired individuals.

Furthermore, PANDAs are provided with the resources and support to ensure that their time is as valued as our members.

PANDAs can help with just about anything our members need, including the standard services you see in the My Panda app such as Kitchen Tidy Up, Laundry Folding Services and more. We generally do not do handyman or deep cleaning services but we will happily help find a provider and can schedule and meet them if necessary.

PANDAs have experience running their own households, helping with pets, planning parties, scheduling repairs, shopping, meal prep, and so much more. As a result, all of the PANDAs we hire have many skills to help with the needs of our members.
