Becoming a My Panda member is an important step in your journey to becoming the CEO of your household.
The two membership plans we currently offer are Standard and Premium:
Standard Membership
Best deal if you use My Panda at least 2 hours per month
With a Standard membership, your hourly service rate drops from $22/30 minutes to $20/30 minutes. That means you'll be saving 10% on your requests compared to non-members!
In addition to a lower hourly service rate, you'll also have the ability to set a preferred Panda. Once you set a Panda as preferred, that Panda will be the first one in your Grove to get a notification when you submit a new request.
How Do I Become a My Panda Member?
To become a My Panda member, simply download the mobile app, create an account, and purchase your membership from the side menu OR you can follow the membership prompts when you're making a request.
You can manage your membership subscription plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the side menu.
Do I have to be a Member to use the My Panda app?
Membership is not required to use the My Panda app. You can always put in a request at our base rate of $22/30 minutes.
However, most people find that membership is worth it if they need 2 hours of service or more per month. With any membership tier, you'll get a lower service rate and the ability to set your preferred Panda.
