Cancellation Policy
We get it, sometimes you have no choice but to cancel your request. Please read our cancellation policy below:
- Member cancellations more than 1 hour before the service is scheduled to begin are free of charge.
- Member cancellations within 1 hour will incur a $15 cancellation fee that will be charged to your card on file.
- We have this policy because our Pandas are reserving time to help you and may be turning down other work to do so.
- If the cancellation is the fault of the Panda, you won't be charged the fee.
